I felt like the greatest part of the whole process was how personalized everything was for me! Obviously getting to pick out the frame and overall flower design was fantastic, but I was able to be in contact with some of the designers over email and they were so kind and helpful to make sure I ended up with something that I truly loved! I never felt like I was asking too much, and it ended up being such a quick process too! What a great surprise!

I waited 6 months to receive my final product. They convinced me to purchase extra flowers because they said my bouquet came in damaged but I’m not even sure that they used new flowers because my final product looked messed up. I paid over $400 for a product that I was not truly satisfied with. I am disappointed and would recommend that you use a local vendor. I know a few other brides who had weddings after I did and they got their pressed float Al’s done locally and had them back before I did. I am incredibly disappointed.

On 12/2/2025 I placed an order including 2 birth flower charms and 1 custom mini frame. We had gotten a giftcard for our wedding and wanted to have the charms to put on our necklace that holds ashes of a loved one, and obviously the mini frame to have a singular flower from our wedding. This entire process has been the absolute worst. It is now 1/16/2026 and I have received ONE of the birth charms, that is all. Customer service is an absolute joke too. Save your money, and your blooms, and find a professional. I couldn’t even imagine sending my entire wedding bouquet to these people. What a SCAM!! EDIT: I am coming back on 2/2/2026 to report that following this review Lauren with the Client Care team reached out to me (1/20/26). They truly did everything to make it right. At the end of the day all I wanted was the items I had picked out to remember my wedding, and pressed floral went above and beyond to give me those memories. My opinion has 100% changed. I am truly appreciative of the conversation Lauren and I had. I will order again in the future. Thank you for making it right!

I received my preserved bouquet as a generous gift from a couple of my amazing bridesmaids. I was honored by the thoughtful gift and loved the arrangement when I received it in the mail. My bridesmaid who organized the gift had great experiences with customer service. I totally understand and expected some changes in color with time but my white flowers are completely browned and getting progressively darker despite having the frame for about a year and a half but only hung on the wall for less than a year. There’s been no harsh sun exposure. I just want brides or gifters to exercise caution on purchasing products depending on the color of bouquet because I’m sadly getting ready to take my bouquet off the wall due to the deterioration 😢 see photos for before and after.

Pressed Floral absolutely delivered! From the moment I received their shipping kit, I knew I was in good hands. They made the whole process of preserving my wedding bouquet so easy and stress-free. When I got the final piece back… whew. I was genuinely emotional. The way they preserved and arranged my flowers was stunning. As someone who put so much intention into every part of my wedding—including my bouquet—it means the world to see it honored like this. My only regret? Not going with the antique gold floral frame—it would've been perfect for our decor. Still, I truly can’t wait to show it off in our home!
